Before submitting a question, please check if it is answered below or on the How to Play page. Due to the volume of questions we receive, we regret that not all questions will be answered directly via e-mail. Click a question below to display the answer.

  1. Do I have to be listening to win?

    No, but you should be listening to earn as many points as you can!

  2. How do I claim my prize? Will you send it to me?

    To claim your prize, follow the instructions on the confirmation page.  All prizes must be claimed in person at JACK FM 2440 Ash St. Vancouver, BC V5Z 4J6. NO prizes will be mailed.

  3. How do I earn Points?

    Enter your username and password in the login box, then click "Login". Once you've logged in, click on one of the categories under Earn Points, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.

  4. How do I know if I won?

    We will notify all winners of contests by phone and/or email.

  5. How do I use JACKAHOLICS Store?

    All prizes on the JACKAHOLICS Store page are on a first come, first serve basis. The THE JACKAHOLICS CLUB JACKAHOLICS Store Page lists all of the available prizes and their associated Point value. Once you have earned enough Points to "purchase" the prize of your choice you may "buy" the prize by logging in and visiting the JACKAHOLICS Store Page. Then just enter the quantity of the prize you want (please note, some prizes may have a quantity limit of 1 per member), and click "Buy". If you have enough Points, haven't exceeded the purchase limit, and inventory is sufficient, a page will come up which confirms your purchase and provides you with instructions on how to claim your prize. IMPORTANT NOTE: upon making a prize purchase, be sure to print off a copy of your confirmation page.

  6. How do I use JACKAHOLICS Contests?

    You can enter any of our JACKAHOLICS Contests as many times as you wish (as long as you have enough Points). To purchase an entry into the JACKAHOLICS Contest of your choice, please visit the Upcoming JACKAHOLICS Contests page, click on the drawing you'd like to enter, select the number of entries you'd like to purchase, and click the "Purchase Entries" button. Remember, the more entries you have, the better your chances of winning!

  7. How do I use my Points to earn Rewards?

    There are two ways to earn rewards with your Points. You can redeem Points for goods and services that are offered on the JACKAHOLICS Store page or you can redeem Points for entries into our JACKAHOLICS Contest Drawings. To access either the JACKAHOLICS Store or JACKAHOLICS Contest page, log in and click on one of the categories under Spend Points, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.

  8. What do I need to play the THE JACKAHOLICS CLUB?

    The THE JACKAHOLICS CLUB will run on any modern web browser (FireFox, Opera, Safari, or Internet Explorer). You will also need Internet access.

  9. What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my account?

    If you're having trouble logging into your account, please try the following solutions:/

    • Make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you don't remember your username and/or password, click here, enter your email address, and we'll email it to you.
    • Clear your cache. Cache is a process that keeps track of what you have been doing recently. It saves you processing time when you repeat tasks; but sometimes it gets overloaded.
    • Internet Explorer users:
      • Check your security settings. Your internet security settings must be set to "medium".
      • Check your privacy settings. Your internet privacy settings must be set to "medium".
      • You may have to add us to your trusted sites.
  10. What is the difference between ... of the Day and Bonus Code?

    The ... of the Day is given out at various times. Your have until 11:59pm of the day it is given out to enter it.

    A Bonus Code is given out through e-mails, special giveaways and events. Please check when receiving a bonus code to see if there is an expiration date.

  11. Where do you list the winners?

    Due to the potential for fraud, we will not list winners on the website.

  12. Why didn't I receive the newsletter?

    Newsletters are e-mailed to everybody who has opted in. If you can't find it in your inbox, check your junk/spam/bulk mail folder. You can add cjax@m2omedia.com to your contacts to ensure continued receipt of our e-mails. We also post the latest newsletter on the welcome page which appears after you login.

  13. Why does it say I already entered the Bonus Code?

    If you click the Submit button twice (double click), the system may accept both clicks; you're seeing the message for the second click. Check your transactions to ensure you were successful.

  14. Why isn't ... of the Day changing?

    The ... of the Day only changes on weekdays. If it is a weekday, then your computer is not getting the latest version of our webpage.

    If you use Internet Explorer, click:

    • Tools
    • Internet Options
    • Settings
    • Check for newer versions of stored pages
    • Always
  15. Why does my account status say "pending"?

    After you register, your account status will remain "pending" until your email address is verified. Your email address is verified and your account validated once you click on the link in the email you receive from us. (This email will come from cjax@m2omedia.com.) You can still earn Points while you are waiting for your account to be validated. You will not, however, be able to claim any prizes or purchase raffle entries until your account status is valid. I did not receive an email asking me to validate my account. What should I do? If you did not receive an email from us and your account is still pending, please follow these instructions:

    • Open your internet browser and log on to your account
    • Click on this link or copy and paste this link into the browser that you opened to log into your account: http://www.m2omedia.com/cjax/members/account/pending.jsp
    • This will bring you to a page with instructions on how to validate your account
    In order to ensure that you receive emails from us in the future, please add cjax@m2omedia.com to your contact list.
  16. HOWTO: Clear your internet cache (stored files)

    FireFox Users:

    • Enter FireFox
    • Tools
    • Options
    • Privacy
    • Cache
    • Clear Cache Now
    • OK
    • Then Try again

    Internet Explorer Users (must be using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher):

    • Enter Internet Explorer
    • Tools
    • Internet Options
    • General
    • Delete files located in the "Temporary Internet File" section
    • Then Try again.

    If you are using AOL: You will need to clear you cache AND delete your "cookies"

    • Click the Start Button in the lower left hand corner
    • Click Control Panel
    • Double click Internet Options
    • Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files
    • Click OK to delete files
    • Next, to the right of delete files, click on Settings
    • Click View Files (it may take a moment for the files to appear)
    • Click the EDIT pull down menu at the very top of your screen
    • Click Select All
    • Click the FILE pull down menu at the very top of your screen
    • Click Delete
    • A warning box will appear, click YES
    • Click X to close that window
    • Click OK to close the next window
    • Click OK to close the next window
    • Click X to close the Control Panel Window
    • After you have cleared your cache, and/or deleted cookies, close all programs, shut down your computer and log on again.

  19. HOWTO: Add us to your trusted sites
    • Enter Internet Explorer
    • Internet Options
    • Privacy
    • Select the "Sites" button from the middle of the page.
    • In the area where it says "Address of Web Site", type "m2omedia.com" and click "Allow"
